Changes and Deadlines for HMIS User Training
The upcoming software transition means that User Training on our current system has begun to scale down, in order to free up staff time to develop new training for our next software ClientTrack.
As of Friday, March 15th: User Training Registration for the current HMIS software system is now CLOSED.
After Friday, April 12th: ICA staff will no longer have the capacity to check trainees' final training practice work to ensure that they fully understand how to enter data in the current software system. It is critical that agency leadership finds ways to provide supervisory and peer support for any new users who are still finishing up training during this time, and offers flexibility in structuring operations until ClientTrack training for all MN users begins early this summer.
