DHS-OEO HYA and THP Programs Annual Reporting Deadline is August 15th

The annual reporting deadline for DHS-OEO HYA and THP funded projects is August 15th, 2022 for the reporting period from 07/1/21 – 06/30/22. Reports should be run and submitted directly to DHS OEO.

Reports due for OEO HYA Emergency Shelter and Youth Supportive Housing projects:

• MIN-01-SAG-030 - MN Core Homeless programs

• SHP-32-SAG-046 - HYA Outcomes

Reports due for OEO THP projects:

• MIN-01-SAG-030 - MN Core Homeless Programs
