Coordinated Entry Training Updates
If you are a Housing Provider agency participating the Coordinated Entry system in your CoC, be sure to check out the documentation of workflow changes recently added to the Knowledge Base guide around this step in the process. This workflow addition was requested in early January as a way for housing providers to proactively acknowledge referrals and for Priority List Managers to quickly see contact information for that referral. Please reach out to your local Coordinated Entry leadership for policy guidance on how to integrate this step.
This article details the steps that Housing Providers will follow for Acknowledging a Referral, and for Resolving a referral by documenting that the outcome was either successful and led to program enrollment, or that it was unsuccessful and the client was not housed.
